We’re always looking for innovative new ways to enhance our LEGO or Hot Toys collections. Some collectors choose to place their models in front of matching film posters from their favourite sagas, or purchase moodily atmospheric lighting. We've also seen superhero sets displayed on bookshelves alongside comic books.

There are endless ways to ensure the models you spent so long accumulating look their best. Here at iDisplayit Display Cases & Stands, we’ve teamed up with our latest affiliate, Echo Neon, to bring you a fresh idea – adding a customised neon sign or lamp alongside your collection to ensure your exhibits look stylish and lit up both day and night.

Handmade Neon Signs

One of Echoneon’s most popular products includes the option to create your own sign using the text of your choice – perfect for adding your favourite film saga quotes or labelling your collection in any way you like.

Check out the Echo Neon custom sign creator and previewer to see what your designs would look like on a wall. Using the designer, we were able to create the above mock-up, to which we then added a few wall-mounted LEGO Architecture city skyline display cases and the display case for the LEGO Eiffel Tower 10307 using our own image software to get an idea of what our home interior could look like. We also did the same below for our UCS Millennium Falcon display case – a home décor essential in our books!

There’s an impressive amount of customisation functions and add-ons available, including the five text sizes, a coloured backboard to go behind the text, light dimmer settings, splash-proof materials for outdoor use, and more.

LED neon lights are a popular alternative to traditional glass neon, being more environmentally friendly, safer (no glass or gas), and just as stylish.
