Current LEGO Mini Disney Range & What’s to Come
FROM AGRABAH TO ARIEL, HERE’S YOUR GUIDE TO THE CURRENT MINI DISNEY SETS
The LEGO ‘Mini’ Disney sets are a fun offshoot from the main LEGO Disney range, recreating iconic locations from classic Disney movies and even a famous ride experience at Disneyland theme parks.
We all stand in awe and admiration of LEGO sets such as the recent Disney Castle 43222. However, such gargantuan models tend to be very expensive and frequently drop out of stock. By comparison, the LEGO Mini Disney sets offer more compact, micro-scale versions of iconic buildings with the added advantage that they can easily be put on display for those with limited shelf space. They are also much more affordable to purchase.
If you’re looking for a handy summary of which LEGO Mini Disney sets you can currently purchase online, check out our list below. We’ll also be discussing which sets could be released in future.

Mini Disney Ariel’s Castle – 40708
Price – $39.99.
Size – 21 x 14 x 12cm.
This is our favourite LEGO Mini Disney set, as it packs an intricate amount of detail into its golden spires and underwater palace elements. 1989’s animated version of The Little Mermaid is rightly regarded as a Disney classic, and this enchanting, pocket-friendly model faithfully replicates the unique architecture of the mermaid kingdom castle, along with a red-headed Ariel mini-doll figure.
Enhance your display with this acrylic display case, which includes an optional printed background of the deep ocean depths.
Mini Disney Palace of Agrabah – 40613
Price – $39.99.
Size – 15 x 14 x 16cm.
1992’s Aladdin is another all-time classic Disney animated musical, and this micro model presents a miniature rendering of The Sultan’s Palace in Agrabah. Despite the small scale, the building stylishly replicates the palace’s golden-domed roofs and tall white towers, with striking splashes of cyan colouring on the main door and beneath several of the smaller domes. This Disney gift is certain to add a fairytale touch to any interior, and the subtle references to the magical flying carpet and genie lamp provide a fabulous finishing touch.
Check out this acrylic display case for the model, which comes with an optional printed backdrop of the desert sunset with rich hues of purple, blue and yellow.
Mini Disney Castle – 40478
Price – $39.99.
Size – 21 x 14 x 13cm.
One of the first Mini Disney LEGO releases, this petite version of the instantly recognisable Walt Disney World Resort Cinderella Castle is the go-to model for those who don’t want to invest in one of the more expensive large-scale editions. Despite the smaller size, the set still packs in all the key details of the castle, including the pearlised golden tower tops and opalescent blue rooftop cones. The release also includes a collectable Mickey Mouse minifigure.
The above acrylic display case will keep the Mini Disney set dust-free and includes an optional blue sky and fireworks background combined with a cobblestone print base.
Mini Disney the Haunted Mansion – 40521
Price – $39.99 $23.99 (currently on sale)
Size – 14 x 12 x 12cm.
The Haunted Mansion attraction can be found in Disneyland Magic Kingdom, Disney World, and Tokyo Disneyland. As anyone who has taken a spooky journey on the legendary dark ride will tell you, it is a thrilling experience, combining centuries-old theatrical tricks and modern special effects to significant effect. The LEGO Mini Disney build-and-display model of the ride building includes the gothic exterior and selected interiors viewable from the back, including the gallery and dining room, with plenty of minuscule details.
This acrylic display case is an ideal option for making the set a feature of your home décor, with an added background of a haunting sky as an optional extra.
Which LEGO Mini Disney Sets Will Be Released in Future?
Online rumours remain quiet for now, leaving us to speculate which models could be next based on similar iconic buildings from the classic Disney animated films.
Here are a few we would most like to see enter LEGO production –
Rapunzel's Tower
We've already seen a mini-doll version of this setting released for KFOLs, but we'd love to see a LEGO Mini Disney reimagining of this fairytale tower.
Beast’s Castle (Beauty and the Beast)
This majestic French chateau is top of the list for us, with its distinctive architecture and dark style. We’d also love to see Beast and Belle as miniature dolls.
Pride Rock (The Lion King)
This ancient, massive rock formation serves as a natural citadel for the lion overseers of the animal kingdom. Its recognisable silhouette makes it a well-known Disney symbol, and we would love to see it reimagined in brick form.
Al’s Toy Barn (Toy Story)
It’s about time we saw some LEGO based on Toy Story, and the exterior of the fictional toy store visited by Woody and friends could be a fun choice for a Mini Disney Pixar build.
