Five New Animal Crossing LEGO Sets Revealed

Our previous blog discussed the official LEGO reveal of the new Nintendo Animal Crossing theme based on the beloved social simulation island-building game. Since then, the first five sets have already gone live on LEGO online.

All the sets are aimed at kids aged 6+, with plenty of customisable layouts and the ability to move elements around to engage the imagination. Let’s take a look at all the details…

LEGO Animal Crossing – Features

First up, Nook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House 77050. In the game, Nook’s Cranny is a small convenience store run by Tom Nook and his nephews, Timmy and Tommy. It serves as the main shop where players can buy and sell items, furniture, and tools. Nook’s Cranny also offers daily rotating stock, encouraging players to visit regularly to discover new items. Rosie’s House represents one of the many homes scattered throughout the player village. Rosie, the owner, is a distinct personality who adds to the charm of the in-game community.

Each LEGO building is filled with familiar items from the game. Of particular note are the bright exteriors, presented in a cartoon-colourful style that gives all the new sets a unique look when displayed together.

Isabelle’s House Visit 77049 transports fans to Fauna’s house, a cosy, rustic abode filled with wooden furniture and warm, earthy tones that reflect Fauna’s friendly and nature-loving personality. The LEGO set includes a gift-carrying balloon, letterbox, apple tree and garden flowers decorating the exterior. Inside the house, the feature-packed set contains a vintage wall clock, a kitchen and a table for serving tea.

Kapp’n’s Island Boat Tour 77048 recreates Kapp’n the Turtle’s boat on its way to a deserted island to meet Marshal the Squirrel. The activity-packed island includes bamboo to collect, a fishing rod for hunting the day’s catch, and several deck chairs beneath an umbrella so the minifigures can sunbathe in peace.

One of the two smaller sets, Bunnie’s Outdoor Activities 77047 nevertheless contains a fun assortment of terrain pieces and campsite essentials to keep any child engaged. Bunnie can leap over the river using the vaulting pole mechanism, adding a fun interactive element to the model, or use familiar tools from the game to hunt bugs or chop down trees for wood. The tiny campfire and tent are cute additions to this nature-inspired set.

Julian’s Birthday Party 77046 is priced lowest out of the new Animal Crossing sets, offering an affordable option for Christmas and birthday gifts. Fans of the game will recognise Julian the horse, known for his vibrant, unicorn-like appearance and snooty personality. The LEGO set portrays a diorama of Julian celebrating his birthday with a host of gifts and colourful cakes. The bunting running between the pink tree and the tall lamppost provides a nice touch to this vibrant set.
