Latest LEGO Build A Minifigure Characters (BAM) - September 2024

The latest LEGO Build A Minifigure (BAM) models are now appearing in official LEGO stores. For those of you who are unaware of what BAM is, let us enlighten you. LEGO Build A Minifigure launches new characters quarterly, which is a great way to populate your displays and add seasonal characters to your collection. New and exclusive parts are available, and you can build the LEGO Minifigures yourself (as the name suggests) or buy them prepacked at official LEGO stores with BAM stations.

There are seventeen characters in this latest BAM launch - the largest release so far. This wave focuses on the LEGO DREAMZzz theme, including seven characters from it:

• Mr Oz (Waking World)

• Mateo (Waking World)

• Izzie (Waking World)

• Zoey (Waking World)

• Nova (Waking World)

• Cooper (Waking World)

• Jayden

Seven generic LEGO townspeople are perfect for populating your LEGO City displays. These seven characters include:

• A Mime Artist

• Swimmer

• Horse Rider

• Dog Walker

These characters are also accompanied by a multitude of cool accessories, including a:

• Blue bunny
• Brown teddy bear
• Grey kitten
• Mobile phone with card payment screen
• Tan coloured dog
• Z-Blob

Moving onto the final three (the seasonal BAM), these are the ones we are most excited about as they are Halloween-themed characters.

• Punky Ghost Spirit

This character has a new and exclusive torso piece. The front of the torso features a grey and red smoky-looking skull with orange flames in its eyes. The print of the grey and red flames is continued on the back of the piece. This figure has ghostly apparition “legs”, which work exceptionally well with his whole aesthetic and are not a piece we see too often. He has a trans-orange head with lava printed on his forehead and cheeks. The head is adorned with a purple mohawk, and this devilish character has a pumpkin as an accessory.

• Trick or Treat Child

Dressed in a skeleton costume that consists of another new and exclusive torso print, this girl is ready to populate your spooky displays. The white zip-up hoodie she is wearing is printed with a skeleton ribcage, front and back. She has a pink undershirt and drawstrings printed on the front, too. The leg piece is black, with bones and toes printed on the front. The hairpiece is a cute pink piece with two rear bunches, and she is armed with a meat cleaver!

• Creepy Witch

Witches are characters we expect to see around Halloween and LEGO has not disappointed with this latest all-new release. This old witch has plenty of printed details on the torso and skirt pieces. The printed, tattered apron has many patches, and a little green toad is trying to escape her herb-filled pocket. There is also a witch’s pouch on the front of the apron. Her shoulders are adorned with a battered-looking shawl with multiple patches, and the print of this and the apron are continued onto the back of the torso and skirt pieces.

Her witch’s hat has tan hair protruding from under it, and this sits atop her green, wrinkled witch's head. Her accessory is a brown cat.
