LEGO Harry Potter Knight Bus Adventure 76446 - Features
This is the fifth LEGO Harry Potter set to feature the Knight Bus since the 2004 release of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Previous versions of this ever-popular vehicle include:
- Knight Bus 4755 (2004, 242 pieces)
- Mini Knight Bus 4695 (2004, 58 pieces)
- The Knight Bus 4866 (2011, 281 pieces)
- The Knight Bus 75957 (2019, 403 pieces)
For 2025, the piece count has grown again. Knight Bus Adventure packs in 499 pieces in total, including Harry's trunk, a buildable lamppost and bench, and five LEGO Harry Potter Minifigures:
- Ernie Prang
- Harry Potter
- Padfoot
- Sleeping Witch
- Stan Shunpike
Despite the higher piece count, Knight Bus Adventure is suitable for young builders, with a recommended age of 8+ and plenty of features designed to encourage creative play. The bus roof is easy to remove, to give access to the detailed interiors.
Extra elements include a Galleon coin, a letter from Hogwarts and a copy of the Daily Prophet newspaper with the headline "Escape from Azkaban", all of which means builders can perfectly recreate the scene from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban where the boy wizard waits by the lamppost and is startled by the Padfoot.
A Helping Hand with Building
The LEGO Builder app is the perfect companion for builders of any age when putting together the nearly 500 pieces of Knight Bus Adventure. With the app, builders can zoom and rotate 3D models on-screen, to see exactly where the next piece needs to go.
LEGO Builder can also track and save your progress, making it easy to take a break between bags and pick up where you left off.
What We Think
The previous versions of the Knight Bus are some of the most beloved LEGO Harry Potter sets and we've already seen excitement building for the LEGO Harry Potter Knight Bus Adventure.
With nearly 100 more pieces, it's the most detailed Knight Bus LEGO set ever, with enough accessories to build your own LEGO Prisoner of Azkaban diorama to keep on display.
Despite all the extra details, elements and a total of five LEGO Harry Potter Minifigures, the price tag of just $49.99 is very reasonable. We expect to see Knight Bus Adventure take its place as one of the favourite LEGO Harry Potter new releases in 2025.
