Start The New Year with LEGO Super Mario

Since the LEGO theme’s introduction in 2020, fans of the classic Nintendo gaming mascot Super Mario have been delighted with the range of interactive sets available.

The key to the theme is Super Mario himself. The unique LEGO figurine is kitted out with scanners and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing Mario to react to the 2D side-scrolling game-style courses fans create for him, with changing facial expressions and sounds as he traverses the challenges.

What Super Mario Sets Will LEGO Release in Future?

With more than 200 gaming titles to plunder, there are many characters, enemies, terrains and terrors for Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach to traverse on future course expansions.

We’d love to see some of the more obscure Super Mario characters get a look in, such as Draculad, Captain Syrup, Wart, Tatanga and Koopa Kid.

It would also be awesome to see iconic locations such as Rainbow Road, New Donk City, Honeyhive Galaxy, and Yoshi’s Island recreated in more detail as creative LEGO brick model form.
