The Latest LEGO Ideas Sets With 10,000+ Supporters
2025 starts strong as more LEGO Ideas gain supported status

LEGO Ideas is an amazing playground for creativity, with some of the most imaginative master builders showcasing their latest concepts for future LEGO sets.
If you see something you like, you can vote for it. LEGO Ideas that receive more than 10,000 supporters then go through to an official review stage, where LEGO designers and product managers build a prototype and decide whether the idea can go into production.
The first review stage in 2025 does not begin until May and will consider projects that reached 10,000 supporters since the start of the year. Some ideas take several years to achieve that all-important 'Supported' status, while others can do it in days.
Here are five of the most recent LEGO Ideas sets with 10,000+ supporters, all of which will be going into the First 2025 Review in May.
Gilmore Girls: Stars Hollow by BrickinNick
Created: January 7th 2025
Achieved Support: January 22nd 2025
Time Taken: 15 days
The most recent project on this list was also the fastest to pass the 10,000-support milestone. Gilmore Girls: Stars Hollow by BrickinNick smashed it in just 15 days, making it the first LEGO Ideas concept to be posted in the new year AND achieve supported status.
It's easy to see why. With three landmarks (Lorelai's House, Luke's Diner and the Gazebo with Town Sign) and a line-up of eight character Minifigures, the potential to play with this set is huge. The Minifigures included in the project are:
- Lorelai Gilmore
- Emily Gilmore
- Rory Gilmore
- Luke Danes
- Lane Kim
- Kirk Gleason
- Taylor Doose
- Town Troubadour
BrickinNick's concept art shows Stars Hollow styled as a Winter Village, and seasonal inspiration is a running theme throughout the recent LEGO Ideas. However, with a lengthy approval process ahead of any supported projects, that's not a problem, as they can easily be scheduled for a future winter release date.
In an update posted to the project's LEGO Ideas page, BrickinNick wrote: "Still feeling absolutely overwhelmed with the love and support this project has gotten. It's seriously awesome that I could have so much fun bringing a build to life and then see so much enthusiasm for it as a possible LEGO set!"
Grand Central Station by Mind the Brick
Created: December 19th 2024
Achieved Support: January 27th 2025
Time Taken: 39 days
You might have seen us mention Grand Central Station by Mind the Brick in our round-up of real-world buildings we want to see as LEGO Modular sets when it had 'only' 7,000 supporters. A week later, it reached five figures, which means there's a very real possibility that we MIGHT see this as a stunning LEGO display set in around a year's time.
Credit for the design is actually shared with Patgeo who, like Mind the Brick, is a massive LEGO train enthusiast. The pair drew inspiration from central stations across Europe and America to create a unique building with early 20th-century architecture and plenty of interior detail.
Lift off the station roofs to discover hidden scenes and 11 minifigures, including train master Robert and his secretary Clara, ticket seller Joe, musician Sue, street vendor Berny, private detective Hercules, postwoman Helen, porter Mark, janitor John, station mechanic Georgia and train passenger Diana with her baby daughter - not to mention Sam the station cat!
We love this one, there's SO much going on. It's likely to get streamlined by the LEGO product managers if it goes into production, but with so much detail in the original concept art, it's still going to be absolutely gorgeous and a ton of fun.
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation by MadamEnthusiasticJay
Created: December 17th 2024
Achieved Support: January 7th 2025
Time Taken: 21 days
Another seasonal entry on our list is the National Lampoons Christmas Vacation by MadamEnthusiasticJay, which reached supported status in just three weeks over Christmas and New Year.
This started out as a self-build just for fun, but MadamEnthusiasticJay soon had orders coming in from friends and family who wanted their own replica of the Griswold house from 1989's National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
Inspired by this level of interest, the designer listed the mammoth 3,900-piece concept on LEGO Ideas, and 21 days later it had gained the necessary 10,000+ supporters. Even during that time, MadamEnthusiasticJay had modified the design to be more modular, and it's great to see a creator continue to work on their concept to make it the best it can be.
With details like a 'working' fireplace and a Christmas tree with a squirrel in it, plus minifigures of all the main family members, it's a great example of what you can build if you put your mind to it. Just add 25,000 twinkling lights to the roof and this set is ready to go on display!
Booknook: Story Laboratory by Pedro_RuizMx
Created: December 2nd 2024
Achieved Support: January 8th 2025
Time Taken: 37 days
We've seen book-shaped LEGO sets before, including the LEGO Disney Storybook Adventures series and LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Moment sets, but Booknook: Story Laboratory by Pedro_RuizMx is something different.
It features a highly detailed scene showing two young writers and three of their characters, all working together in the library-like Story Laboratory. This is all built inside a book nook, a book-sized frame that can be placed partway along a shelf of an ordinary bookcase.
For display purposes, the concept for this set comes with seven brick-built books of varying sizes, allowing the Booknook to take centre stage. The smaller detachable books can also double as bookends when used on a shelf.
This idea is much needed in the LEGO line-up. Book nooks are beautiful and building them from LEGO makes so much sense. With over 10,000 supporters, Booknook: Story Laboratory will be in the mix this May, so hopefully the LEGO designers will agree.
Special mention at this point also goes to Train Bookends by Jimmi-DK. This cute concept makes it look like a long steam train is driving through a tunnel in the books in between. It's a fairly simple set with 1,636 pieces, and it's currently at 4,250 votes, so head over and lend it some support.
Coraline - The Pink Palace by danielbradleyy
Created: November 22nd 2024
Achieved Support: January 12th 2025
Time Taken: 51 days
The first thing that strikes you with Coraline - The Pink Palace by danielbradleyy is the colour scheme; combining grey, white and pale pink bricks in a set with a really distinctive aesthetic that would look fantastic on display.
Inspired by the 2009 movie Coraline, based on Neil Gaiman's 2002 novella, The Pink Palace recreates the apartment building where 11-year-old Coraline Jones lives with her parents, Charlie and Mel.
The movie's events begin, appropriately enough, with Coraline finding the Other World hidden behind a brick wall in her living room. This is all recreated in LEGO, complete with the doorway and swirling portal to the Other World.
According to the designer, a possible update would be to give the Minifigures dual-printed heads (e.g. to switch between Mother and Other Mother) and we really hope that happens, as it would add so many play and display options to this already highly detailed set.
