When looking online, this seemed like the perfect case to display the Hogwarts Express and minifigures. After putting it together, it's very disappointing. The instructions given to put it together are generic instructions for any display case, not directions for this specific case. The plates the minifigures are on and the stand that holds the ticket Do Not attach to the base so there is nothing from keeping them from moving around. As far as we can tell, the base does not attach to the sides of the display (if they do, the assembly instructions do not say). For the amount paid, I expected a better product. Although it looks good, I would not suggest moving it
So happy with this display case for so many reasons. Just to name a few, first, it just makes the model look so much more impressive. Second, this model would be a pain to dust and now we don't have to. Overall, very much worth the cost! We will definitely be buying more.
It's a very tight fit. It is possible to fit it in without it touching anything but the base. I wish it was an inch longer and an inch wider. But the height it perfect.
I bought this for the Star Wars Lars Homestead Kitchen. There is a display case specifically for that set and it has the exact same dimensions. It's an absolute perfect size. Not too tall. Easily recommended.
I got this for my A-Frame Cabin. I chose the white base to replicate snow. I chose to build my A-Frame Cabin without the trees, which is why I chose this displace case. I would prefer the case be an inch shorter. But I'm not complaining because this fits my A-Frame Cabin perfectly. Strongly recommended.
